Owning a salon is tough.  It requires a salon owner to not only have a clear set of goals and objectives, but also to stay focused on what brings in profit.

Salon coaching packages can be tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual salon. Here are a few examples of different types of packages that could be offered:

One-on-One Coaching Package:This package could include regular coaching sessions with a dedicated coach who will work with the salon owner or manager to identify and overcome any challenges, set goals, and develop strategies for growth.

Three-Month Package:This package for salon coaching could include a comprehensive program that provides support and guidance to the salon over the course of 12 weeks. Here are some examples of what this package could include:

  1. Initial Consultation: The program could begin with an initial consultation to identify the salon's unique needs and goals, and to create a customized plan for the coaching program. Overview and audit of your financial P&L with projections for growth by reducing cost and increasing profits.

  2. Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions: The salon owner or manager could receive bi-weekly coaching sessions with a dedicated coach to discuss progress, set goals, and develop strategies for growth. These sessions could be conducted either in person or online.

This presentation could cover topics such as customer service, sales techniques, and elevating guest experience for guest retention and growth. The presentation could be conducted either in person or online, depending on the salon's needs.
